Personal development by definition covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. There is nothing quite like working one on one with a mentor, coach, guide or teacher but the practice doesn't end there. It actually just begins. What you do daily is key to shifting, creating new habits, ways of thinking and desired outcomes. One of the greatest ways to keep the embers alive is to dedicate 20-30 minutes a day to reading. It expands your knowledge base and gives you different ideas to play with in your life.
